Our mission is to prepare our students to attend and to compete academically at the
best colleges and universities in the nation. To expand the choices
that parents and students have for a first rate educational opportunity
within the public school system.
From the Principal's Desk:
I
would like to thank all the parents that joined us at the Citywide
Rally for Excellent Schools on Saturday February 4, 2012. It was a
wonderful event! Remember that you parents are your Child's first
Teacher. Your help is always welcomed and we encourage you to come in
and help out. Please remember that for the protection of our students,
parents are to sign in and out in the office when volunteering. Please
always be respectful to all of our parent volunteers, they are here to
help out. All the families are require to complete 40 volunteer hours
per school year.
Quick Glance for the Month of February:
2/1 Chocolate Fundraiser begins
2/15 PIM parent meeting at 6pm
also 8th Grade will holding a fundraiser that night were they will be selling Burgers/Tacos and Hot Dogs $5 a plate this includes a bag of chips and Soda and your choice of Burger,2 Tacos,Hot Dog.
2/17 International Day (K-8) 1:30pm -3:00 pm
Chocolate Fundraiser Ends Please submit the money on or before the date.
2/20 President's Day (No School)
2/23 Spring Pictures (Pre-Paid Only)
*** 6th Grade parents please submit the Tdap (whooping Cough) vaccine to Mrs. Vera as soon as possible we need to have it on file before the school year ends.
